TeamViewer<\/a> might be worth looking into for the latter. Chrome Remote Desktop is free. Not as robust as LogMeIn but it works pretty well for me. We dumped LogMeIn last year for Proxy Pro from Proxy Networks. We are extremely happy with the change. i used to love screenconnect, then they were accumulated by labtech and the pricing went through the roof. same as logmein before, and others after<\/p>\n

i use teamviewer, which is OK, but their pricing and models are also changing to subscription and expensive.<\/p>\n

My name is Amy. I’m with ConnectWise now which means I represent LabTech and ScreenConnect since we all merged this January. Just wanted to share a bit of info on the ScreenConnect pricing change.<\/p>\n

First thing, I’d like to make sure to mention that there was no price change for existing customers. This is one pretty big difference compared to LMI.<\/p>\n

In a nutshell, the price increase applies only to the self-hosted perpetual license, but the license itself changed too. AND we also launched a new cloud option which is at a lower price point.<\/p>\n

We really want to hear back from you guys on the pricing.
