I upgraded a Windows 7 Home workstation in another office to Windows 10 Home. Then I upgraded it to Pro, then added our license. About a week after that, I installed SW Remote. It’s been a few days now and Inventory is saying that it has Windows 10 Home and not Pro. Not a deal breaker just wondering how to fix that. I am using the latest version of SW on-prem so it should be scanning every day. There is no re-scan button in Inventory when I click on the workstation.

Maybe try deleting the machine and letting the next scan pick it up? This helps with a few odd behaviors I see.

I agree with Aginter. I too have had some quirky devices that report the wrong info. Usually removing the device and letting it get picked up in a scan again does the trick.

Thanks Aginter, I had to wait 24hrs and even then, I had to reinstall the agent. After that, it showed up correctly. Thanks again!
