I upgraded a Windows 7 Home workstation in another office to Windows 10 Home. Then I upgraded it to Pro, then added our license. About a week after that, I installed SW Remote. It’s been a few days now and Inventory is saying that it has Windows 10 Home and not Pro. Not a deal breaker just wondering how to fix that. I am using the latest version of SW on-prem so it should be scanning every day. Maybe try deleting the machine and letting the next scan pick it up? I agree with Aginter. I too have had some quirky devices that report the wrong info.
