You certainly do have options. Talk to one or more bankruptcy lawyers to explore those options. If you are informed that bankruptcy is one of those options, you can probably make all the debt go away, even the lawsuits.

No, the employer does not need to issue you a final paycheck on your last day, even if you request it.
I have it in writing via text, I said do not enter my residence without me being present. Now I have a valuable coin collection missing along with several hundred dollars
