Hi, y’all - Chad here. Last month was bonkers - lots of posts, lots of engagement, lots of helpful answers. We’ve talked a lot this year about “bringing the Spice back” to our Community, and I feel like we’re starting to cook. Great job, everybody! Your prize is getting to see me embarrass myself live on morning TV about a decade ago. Enjoy:

Okay, now that we’re all laughing at me, let’s get into last month’s wrap-up!
Some Top-Performing Posts by Brand Reps
These are some* posts from brand reps with the most engagement/best stats. Doesn’t matter the topic or category, this is just good-old-fashioned communication. In no particular order, here are some of their most-engaged-with posts:
Cyber Security
The Force was strong last month, and @bill-malwarebytes got things going with a great Star Wars-themed post that even included some swag!
In keeping with the May 4th vibe, @melissa-knowbe4 tricked us all into sharing our best Star Wars-themed passwords. I’m joking; no trickeration involved - just a fun post with plenty of memes in the replies .
General Hardware
Everybody loves a poll, and @jack-intel dropped a good one - " How often is your IT team replacing older devices? " I have to say, as someone who is basically 100% “shadow IT” at my organization, I abstained from voting. But I’ll still upgrade this year, just to feel normal.
Contests
I like free stuff. It borders on my favorite stuff, to be honest. It’s like @tamara-for-goto knew that or something, as she dropped a fun contest for money on the Community. Up to $500 prize money! This one still has a few days left to enter too, so don’t sleep on it!
And, for the UK Spiceworks users of the group, there are opportunities for you! @tiffany-for-intel has been sharing a WEEKLY contest - UK IT Heroes: 1x Intel vPro® Enabled Laptop, Weekly £100 Intel Store Voucher
Some Helpful Votes & Best Answers
You’ll notice that I saved a lot of room for this one - we had so many great, helpful answers to questions last month it was hard to cram them all into one wrap-up. Special shout-out to @supaplex-starwind for five - count 'em, FIVE - Best Answers last month. Here they are, in no order (yes a few posts were from April, but the answer was in May so just let me have this!):
“Overland NEO 2000 web GUI access error”
“Are there any NAS appliances that support Azure AD authentication”
“RAID Controller and Server Setup”
“Synology Diskstation DNS Server Crashes when AD enabled”
“OS Downgrade on Domain Controller”
@jay-eaton managed to get in there too: “Eaton UPS and Windows Server”
We also got a Best Answer from @stefan-pulseway on the thread “CA certs not available after changing domain administrator password”
When a question like “Security stack?” pops up in the Community, I just sit back and wait for the answers to flow. This time, @mike-action1 secured the Best Answer!
And what would a wrap-up be without a little dose of @phil-commquotes who got a Best Answer on this one: “Hosted service to transcribe audio calls”
Top How-To Guides
To round things out, here’s a continuation of a great AWS How-To from @gopal-bdrsuite : “AWS for Beginners - What is Application Load Balancer and How it Works: Part 19”
